Description
Finger Dancing, or " pianist fitness ," is a method consisting primarily of exercises designed to work your fingers on the piano: they will respond faster, with more precision, and allow for better fluidity in playing melodies. It is aimed at both beginners and experienced pianists, children and adults.
These particularly suitable and progressive exercises, combined with the early discovery of scales, constitute an excellent warm-up and will provide better control of finger independence.
Whatever the user's preferred repertoire (classical, jazz, variety, film music, etc.), this "finger fitness" will allow them to play with greater ease, while also developing their ability to concentrate and the quality of their practice thanks to "mental fitness": a new proposition in the way of thinking about their exercises, to work even more efficiently, thanks to the use, for example, of key words, or mental projection techniques; this aspect was designed with the help of Dominique Meignen, specialist in Mental Management and Learning Strategies.
A unique teaching method to help you progress more quickly and in an engaging way, thanks in particular to the many humorous illustrations by the artist Waz.
Work designed and manufactured in France, 174 pages, illustrated in color, spiral bound.
