Description
"Noting the impermanent in order to be able to reproduce it, that is the very principle of musical writing. This is also the meaning of the codification by Jigorō Kanō, at the end of the 19th century century, of the movements of modern judo, which allow transmission beyond the first initial work of imitation and repetition – at the crossroads of written and oral traditions. Yann Robin, himself a judoka, had the idea of bringing the two arts together by proposing five musical creations (Misato Mochizuki, Noriko Baba, Yann Robin, Aurélien Dumont and Yves Chauris ) which would accompany the realization of katas , forms linking judo techniques in a very precise way."
