Description

The musical language in freedom is intended for pianists, harpsichordists, organists but also for other instrumentalists with piano knowledge.

Its particular ambition is to refine their listening skills by offering a method of learning composition techniques (harmony, counterpoint) on the keyboard.

This learning will foster a deeper understanding of the repertoire from different eras, promote faster reading and provide additional ease in instrumental playing.

The acquisition of digital and then auditory reflexes will encourage them to improvise and compose while developing their memory and imagination.

It will help them understand what their instinct inspires in them.

This book is presented in three levels of difficulty.

To make learning even more lively and effective, the method is accompanied by the recording of all the pieces (contrapuntal basses, accompanied melodies), coupled with a "melody only" version. Thanks to these unaccompanied versions, the student will be able to practice playing on the keyboard using high-quality audio material.

127 audio files are accessible from the Publisher's website, as well as all the original lyrics of the melodies in the repertoire and their French translation.
