Impressions d'enfance

These five pieces evoke in chronological order:
• a canon that only stops in the depths, like the water in the fountain that cascades from one basin to another, seeming never to stop;
• the stubbornness of a child who appears angry, but laughs inwardly because he has decided not to wear the hated item of clothing;
• a cat walking on velvet steps on the piano, and which suddenly jumps onto the shoulder of the astonished child;
• the mind crossed by various emotions, which even in the midst of this upheaval manages to distinguish the beating heart of the loved one;
• finally, some secrets hidden under a cloak of sounds and notes, slowly revealing themselves each time a finger removes a sound fragment.
