Description

This book is intended for young beginner guitarists.

You will find 20 jazz, blues and classical pieces. With the exception of the classical pieces from the guitar repertoire, each piece is presented in music theory as well as in tablature so that everyone can use the notation they wish. The classical guitar pieces are arranged as duets so that the student and their teacher can play together, always respecting the original text. Finally, for those who are more reluctant to learn music theory, it is possible to download the separate parts of the duets written in tablature, on the Hit Diffusion website: www.editions-hit-diffusion.fr/bonus

This collection comes with a CD. For some pieces, you'll find two tracks: one with the guitar played to serve as a model, and the other with the orchestration alone or the second guitar part in the case of duets, to practice playing in time. Track numbers are indicated in the top left corner of the first page of each song.
Each playback track begins with a one-bar metronome countdown to get you used to the tempo. Playing in time with a playback tape is not an easy exercise, so practice well: with a little patience, the result will live up to your expectations.
