Description

La Clé des claviers is a method designed to support the first years of learning percussion keyboards (xylophone, marimba and vibraphone). This method includes basic exercises based on classical scales as well as duet pieces that can be played with the teacher or another student. In order to support the student's development, the pieces proposed have been either composed in an original way or transcribed and arranged from the repertoire of traditional and classical music. These pieces, with diverse musical styles, allow the student to develop their listening and musical sense. The complementarity of the exercises and pieces, proposed in a dynamic and varied way, allows the student to quickly acquire a good knowledge of the keyboard as well as an understanding of the different tonalities. At once rigorous and fun, progressive and complete, this method is thus the perfect companion for learning and developing for the first years of studying percussion keyboards.
