Description

Le Petit Altorama is a repertoire of pieces for beginner violists , allowing them to play classical music as well as film music, variety and traditional music.

The work brings together two leading figures of the violin: Bruno Pasquier , a renowned violist known for his sensitive and virtuoso playing, and Bruno Garlej , a best-selling and renowned violin teacher in France. The piano part was performed by Dominique Le Guern.

The accompanying CD, of superior quality, was recorded by Bruno Pasquier himself, on a legendary instrument: a viola by Paolo Maggini (early 21st century). This exceptional recording will provide an example and a musical pleasure of choice to all apprentice violists, as well as to all music lovers!
A piano accompaniment booklet is also included with the book.

Each piece is the result of precise arrangement work, adapted to the instrument and the level of the student. This progressive volume is written only in the first position, so it presents a very low level of difficulty and is easily accessible for the student.

The layout, in color and very airy, and the spiral ensure great readability .
