Ivan JEVTIC

Born in April 1947 in Belgrade, Yugoslavia, Ivan Jevtic started in music at a very early age, before beginning his studies at the Academy of Music in Belgrade with Professor Stanojlo Rajidc (composition), and won graduate and postgraduate diplomas.

ln 1973 he was an unregistered student at the National Music Conservatory in Paris in the dass of Olivier Messiaen, and joined the Music Teachers Training College, where he qualified as a piano teacher.

After a period at the Hochschule für Musik in Vienna (1975-1978), he devoted himself entirely to composition.
